Returns and exchanges are only available on non-apparel items. Non-apparel items returned within 3 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
SAFii is not responsible for shipping charges for returns and all sale items are final purchase. Any return or exchange shipping costs are at the expense of the purchaser.
If you received any promotional items with your order at $0.00, the items must be returned if you are requesting a refund. If these items are not included with the return your account will be charged the MSRP for the promotional item.

Only items in their original condition with all tags and labels will be accepted for return or exchange. If the merchandise has been deemed as altered in any way upon return, customer service will contact you.
